System Administrator  (Closed)

System Administrators are periodically required to assist on special projects and emergencies.
These additional responsibilities are an essential function of the job and are required to insure continuous operations
and minimize disruption to end-users.

Education/Training:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- ITIL Certification a plus

Job Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good network configuration and trouble-shooting skills.
- Strong working knowledge of iSeries hardware and overall systems architecture

Language/Writing/Communication Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/oral communication skills
- Excellent communication/customer interface skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organization
- Strong writing skills for documentation, creating memos, and reports to management
