Job description

As a staff technical support engineer, you will be responsible for offering technical support to customer regarding the trouble shooting to use the products, guidance to use and to integrate the products. Sometimes you will have training sessions for the sales team and customers to help for expand the business.

Responsibilities

-Respond to customer inquiries to determine appropriate resolution path or product improvement strategies in real-time telephone and support portal service.
-Work with customers and/or partners to receive accurate information used to analyze and diagnose the product issues.
-Perform regular analysis of support issues to help determine and improve a customer’s satisfaction status.
-Ability to write small self contained computer programs and web apps to create sample code as well as reproduce customer field issues
-Escalating issues to other members of the Support team when issues are above and beyond capabilities.
-Share the technical information to the local sales team.
-Prepare FAQs, ‘how to’ documents, knowledge articles and other support documents when requested.
-Have a technical training session for local sales and customer.

Required Skills and Experience

-Degree in Computer Science or significant experience in at least one of the following:
-C / C++
-C# Programming
-HTML Progamming
-Java & Javascript
-Ability to debug web based programs and code
-Outstanding trouble-shooting skills and perseverance in problem solving.
-Outstanding customer service skills.
-Works well in a team.

Desired
-Ability to speak Korean desired but not required
