Job Description
- Managing a team of approximately 20 people in the Shanghai sales department and overseeing daily operations.
- Setting, implementing, and tracking sales targets to ensure achievement of company sales goals.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting market information, and providing recommendations for adjustments to sales strategies.
- Maintaining customer relationships and developing key accounts.
- Preparing business reports, organizing data, and proposing marketing plans in both Chinese and Korean.
- Coordinating and communicating with other departments (such as production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Age between 35 and 45, with a strong record of career stability.
- Associate degree or higher; a major in marketing, international trade, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 3 years of sales management experience; candidates with background in manufacturing or trading industries are preferred.
- Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong data analysis and report writing skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening); capable of independently handling business correspondence and meetings in both languages.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Chinese market is preferred; candidates with existing client networks will be given priority.
- Willing to travel occasionally to the factory in Zhashan, though the frequency is low.
