Job Description
- - Supervisors operations personnel and evaluate employees performance
- - Reviews reports for risk control (NSF, O/D, Kiting suspect, G/L, Balance Fluctuation, Large Deposit)
- - Supervisors teller personnel transactions on a daily basis
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at the time of the account opening process
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day
- - Confirms the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day.
- - Oversees branch maintenance.
- - Handles customer complaints and inquires.
- - Responsible for employee training.
- - Prepares Monthly Branch Certification
- - Responsible for implementing of the Branch Security and Safety.
- - Control existing and potential safety hazard and provides security and safety training, support and
- guidance to all bank personnel
Qualifications
- - BS degree with related major
- - Banking experience of at least 7-10 years is required.
