Job Summary

  • The company DTC channel is not just a simple sales channel, but a space where brands and consumers communicate most closely. We plan to strategically operate the company mall to provide customized experiences based on consumer data and directly convey brand value. Through this, we aim to strengthen relationships with consumers, secure loyal customers, and achieve long-term brand growth.
  • This position will be responsible for overall operations from UX/UI planning of the company's official mall to CRM-based customer analysis, sales and member management, and marketing optimization, and will create a new brand experience in the health functional food market through direct connections with consumers. We are looking for someone who can lead the growth of the DTC channel and execute innovative marketing strategies in a rapidly changing digital environment.

Job Description

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Experience
  • - Develop and execute innovative DTC marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that drive brand growth and conversion
  • - Shape the end-to-end DTC customer journey by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a consistent, brand-aligned experience in the health and wellness category
  • Sales Analysis & CRM Operations
  • - Own and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data to drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth opportunities
  • - Plan and execute CRM and customer engagement strategies, including segmentation, lifecycle messaging, and retention strategies
  • - Synthesize customer and sales insights into actionable recommendations to optimize the e-commerce journey and deepen customer loyalty
  • - Leverage a working knowledge of performance marketing to support data-driven CRM initiatives and contribute to customer acquisition efforts when needed
  • E-commerce & Fulfillment Operations
  • - Oversee and continuously improve DTC operations, including UX/UI planning, digital tool integration, and site optimization
  • - Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end fulfillment operations from internal order processing, packaging, and inventory coordination to external 3PL logistics management, ensuring timely and seamless delivery and returns
  • - Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Escalation & Technical Issue Management
  • - Take ownership of complex operational issues, such as order errors, delivery problems, or customer escalations in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
  • - Coordinate with IT or platform support resources to identify and resolve system-related issues as new tools and platforms are implemented
  • - Establish and document scalable processes and SOPs, ensuring consistency, operational resilience, and long-term scalability in a rapidly growing environment

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field
  • - 7+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or CRM in a DTC or consumer goods environment
  • - Prior experience operating e-commerce platforms and managing the full order lifecycle
  • - Experience collaborating with or managing 3PL and logistics vendors
  • - Prior experience in startup or early-stage settings, ideally in a sole-operator or self-directed role
  • - Familiarity with customer support processes such as returns, order escalations, or post-purchase flows
  • - Experience working in the health, wellness, or personal care industry is a strong plus
  • Skills & Competencies
  • - Solid understanding of order management, fulfillment workflows, and inventory tracking
  • - Strong analytical skills with ability to extract operational insights from sales and customer data
  • - Hands-on experience with basic CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) to support customer segmentation, lifecycle messaging, or campaign coordination
  • - Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports
  • - Clear communication and cross-functional coordination skills, especially with warehouse, customer service, and logistics partners
  • - Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (e.g., CVR, CAC, paid media optimization), with the ability to apply them when necessary
