About Our Client

• Company has an operation office in Austin and supplies various piping components, such as pipe, fitting, and valve, for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial areas in the US. We provide total solutions to our customers, from procurement and stock management.
• The main key of our business is to supply materials from the US and overseas to customers in the US, handle all operation processes, and deliver them to the Contractors’ job site in a timely manner, and develop new customers for further business enlargement and new vendors for supply chain capability improvement.

Job Summary

We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales . The ideal candidate has experience in sales or procurement of semiconductor/other industrial piping components, from tool hook-up to primary large-sized goods, and knowledge of logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Semiconductor FABs networks in the US.

Job Description

• Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• - Manage the end-to-end procurement process for semiconductor piping components, from receiving customer RFQs to finalizing vendor Purchase Orders and confirming customer orders.
• - Monitor and control supply chain lead times, ensuring timely receipt of vendor quotations and proactively managing Estimated Time of Arrival to prevent delivery delays.
• - Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain timeline interventions, coordinating with vendors, corporate management, and internal sales teams to resolve ETA delays smoothly.
• - Analyze procurement data and lead-time trends to identify process improvements in the early stages of the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have:
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, inside sales, or supply chain management (SCM), specifically handling semiconductor Fab or construction piping materials (a wide variety of items).
• - Proficiency in standard ERP systems (SAP) and master data management is highly preferred.
• - Strong vendor and schedule management skills with the proven ability to lead and coordinate with global suppliers.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to smoothly coordinate operations across diverse stakeholders.
• - Fluency in English is required; Korean proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication with the corporate headquarters and key vendors.
• - A proactive and strategic mindset capable of identifying potential supply chain risks in advance and enhancing organizational operational efficiency.
