Job Summary

We’re seeking a Content Designer for a 12 month contract (This position is initially offered as a contract, but qualified candidates can be hired directly as full?time employees) to elevate the quality and consistency of our marketing and product experiences. This role is dedicated to creating engaging, user-centered content that embodies our brand values and tone of voice (TOV). The ideal candidate will help to ensure every piece of copy meets high grammar standards, drives conversions, and resonates with the cultural nuances of our diverse US audience. As part of this role, you will oversee Content QA and review of app and marketing content to align with brand standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging. Job Description

• What You’ll Do
• Content Creation & Quality Assurance:
• -Craft engaging, on-brand copy for marketing campaigns, product experiences, and supporting materials.
• -Conduct QA and review of all content to ensure consistency in grammar, cultural nuances, and tone of voice.
• Brand Tone & Visual Consistency:
• -Develop and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines to ensure alignment across all platforms.
• -Collaborate with design teams to create cohesive content and visuals for a seamless user experience.
• AI & LLM Content Management:
• -Refine LLM-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and user expectations.
• -Partner with technical teams to enhance AI model outputs and ensure quality content generation.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
• -Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver consistent and user-centric messaging.
• -Provide strategic input during brainstorming sessions to enhance content impact.

Qualifications

• -5+ years of experience in content design, copywriting, or a related role.
• -Proven ability to deliver high-quality content aligned with brand tone and user needs.
• -Experience in QA and review of content for grammar, tone, and cultural nuances.
• -Strong understanding of how content and visuals work together in digital products.
• -Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies and the ability to improve our Conversational LLM Dialogue -Training Quality
• -Bonus points for AI experience, conversational UI experience and working with international and multi-lingual teams.
