Job Description

  • - Project Sales Support: Serve as Project Sales Support to assist project manager/director and company
  • executives.
  • - Client and Partner Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and
  • internal team members for all project-related matters.
  • - Deliverable Submission and Document Control: Handle deliverable submissions, document control, in
  • voice submissions, status reports for payment, and management of Purchase Orders and Change
  • Orders.
  • - Meeting Attendance: Attend workshops, weekly, and monthly meetings as needed.
  • - Contract Management: Manage contracts before the actual project manager is dispatched.
  • - Sales Support: Manage bid proposals including timekeeping and coordination with customers,
  • subcontractors, and internal team members.
  • Tender Requirement Summarization, Facilitate clarification between the internal sale/engineering
  • team and customers/subcontractors,
  • - Client Relationship: Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients,
  • consultants, and subcontractors.
  • - Tradeshow Participation and Vendor Qualification: Prepare and participate in tradeshows and perform
  • vendor qualifications and status maintenance.
  • - Business travel required to meet and dine with clients and/or attend meetings.

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, etc.).
  • -Preferably 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management support, engineering.
  • -Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • -Ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in South Korea.
