Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Integration Specialist with over 3 years of experience to analyze company operations, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and implement innovative solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business workflows, AI tools, and solution implementation and will leverage these technologies to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and drive innovation across the organization.
Job Description
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and prioritize opportunities for AI integration based on business needs.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI solutions that align with the company’s objectives.
- Develop tailored AI integration strategies and present proposals to stakeholders.
- Integrate AI tools and technologies into existing systems, such as ERP and supply chain management platforms.
- Assist in the development, testing, and stabilization of AI models and solutions.
- Leverage AI systems to collect and analyze data, generating actionable business insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Continuously monitor trends in AI and related technologies to identify opportunities for business application.
- Analyze the ROI (Return on Investment) of AI adoption and provide detailed assessments.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to ensure project success.
- Provide user training, technical support, and documentation to maximize system adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience implementing and integrating AI solutions into business processes or related roles.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, system development, technical project management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of AI models, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Experience with AI solution integrations using APIs and cloud-based services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and manage organizational change effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean languages.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Google AI, etc).
- Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, data analytics, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or inventory management systems.
