Job Summary

A General Affairs Part Leader job typically involves managing a company's administrative functions and supporting day-to-day operations. Also, this job’s role oversees providing services to all work units in the company, both administratively and in terms of managing routine company services

Job Description

  • - Managing and coordinating office operations, such as supervising all office related supplies and services, including delivery, repairs, and installation of equipment/supplies to ensure they are done according to the building requirement as well as company rules and guidelines.
  • - Managing budgets and expenses and implementing company policies and procedures related Corporate Affair and General Affair.
  • - Managing the protocol of company Executive and other VIP visitors
  • - Supporting HR activities such as administering benefits programs (except concerned Payroll system).
  • - Managing corporate house (Colorado Springs mansion)
  • - Providing administrative support to other departments as needed, such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • - Coordinating events, such as company meetings and social gatherings.
  • - Managing vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • - Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • - Plans, directs, organizes, and controls the overall activities of General Affairs Part
  • - Executes process improvement that enhances quality and cost reduction
  • - Consult with the landlord with all building access, maintenance and work order, HVAC issues and other ad hoc projects involving the building/landlord. Function as the main contact for employees on all building-related matters.
  • - Maintain good condition of company vehicle repairs, on-time regular maintenance by managing company internal mechanic service, outside dealership service, and local car repair shop service as well as company vehicle inspection, safety recalls, etc.
  • - Handling Insurance claims for car accidents
  • - Follow-up/on after Insurance claim is completed
  • - Collective renewal of Insurance purchase for all vehicle (2 times per yr.), by comparing and analyzing with last realization and price quotation and overseeing relevant approval of renewal and PR process
  • - Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors from time to time.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
  • - 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • - Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • - Excellent communication and people skills.
  • - Diligence and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • - Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • - Knowledgeable on Control/Risk Management, Corporation code related matters,
  • - Management of company documents especially Contract Management
  • - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • - Fluent in English & Korean preferred
