About Our Client

Job Summary

We are looking for Training Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day trainings; designs and delivers training programs for employees, ISAs and Location Partners. The position will focus on improving level of customer services in the areas such as: Developing sales / product / service training kits, performing tests of employees and evaluate the result. The position will also prepare the analysis on retail stores’ performance and plan for local marketing.

Job Description

• - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• - Call on retail partner stores to conduct high-level sales training seminars for retail sales associates in groups. Will include both classroom and sometimes individual meeting formats.
• - Follow up with individual one-on-one hands-on training, sparring, and coaching
• - Deliver effective, inspiring presentations both in person or online.
• - Attend company tradeshows and/or events at the request of management to promote awareness of the company and its products
• - Work in conjunction with our team of independent sales reps and sales management to create and support a cohesive presentation in order to convey a consistent brand message
• - Continuous monitoring, assessing, and updating of the training programs, processes, and materials as needed
• - Maintain reports and provide performance feedback from stores or sales rep
• - Assist in the onboarding of retail stores’ new employees when applicable
• - Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education classes
• - Constantly develop and update training materials to be more efficient
• - Make assessment (tools) for performance evaluations, find the rooms for improvement of each individual & team(s) and follow up with appropriate training agenda and material.
• - Other duties assigned by the management

Qualifications

• - Local candidates only: who can commute to our Beverly Hills, CA HQ Location
• - Must have Sales Training experience at least 1+ year
• - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Training is required (including products trainings)
• - Strong communication skills to both small and large audiences
• - Ability to develop and implement innovative Training Programs
• - Excellent analysis skills for retail stores’ performance
• - Extremely proficient with MS office suite (Word, Power point & Excel) and proficient using with Google doc
• - Project Management, Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
• - Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize workload
• - Must be a Team player
• - Good demeanor
