Job Description
- MAJOR FUNCTION:
- - Provide IT systems administration in Microsoft Windows environment.
- - Maintain and deploy all switching, routing, firewalls, access points, and other network hardware or software to ensure top-tier network stability and access across all locations of the company
- - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- - Ensure the security of the company network and devices through vulnerability and penetration management
- - Configure and manage EDR solutions to protect company endpoints from threat actors
- - Manage MES device configurations.
- - Collaborate with operations to gather MES requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop and manage for implementation. Continuously identify opportunities for process and system improvements within the MES system, contributing to the evolution of manufacturing operations.
- - Continuously monitor and maintain the MES network infrastructure, including equipment and configurations, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- - Resolve problems affecting server performance. Observe and control the status and performance of all components of server/system facilities.

- - Systems are operational 24/7 and occasionally require work effort beyond standard work hours.
Qualifications
- - 7+ years of experience in system managing and network maintenance
- - Good communication skills (Korean and English Bilingual Preferred)
- - A bachelor’s degree in network communication, information technology, computer science, or IT-related fields is preferred.
- - Experience in the manufacturing environment (Operation, IT project, etc.)
