About Our Client

Job Summary
- Management of accounts payable system
- Operation of all branch’s bill payment
- Operation of employees’ payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Operation of fixed assets (operation property) using internal system
- Monthly depreciation of all fixed assets and closing process.
- Operation of monthly prepaid processing
- Prepare whole budget-input and adjustment
- Receive and review each branch’s order of fixed assets and prepaid item
- Fixed Asset Reporting to parent Bank Semi-annually
- Responsible for maintaining all GA Expenses book control with budget
- Responsible for writing and confirming expenses checks and preparing supporting documents
- Responsible for maintaining bill invoice records by branch
