Job Description

  • Responsibilities
  • - Recording and processing financial transactions, preparing reports, and reconciling
  • accounts
  • - Coordinating with various departments in Nongshim America for an asset management and
  • insurance related tasks
  • - Assist with verification process for periodic audits, and aid in tax related tasks
  • - Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assist with organizing executive
  • itineraries
  • - Monitor project timelines and ensure that deliverables are met
  • - Maintain accurate records, files, and databases relevant to the NSH work
  • - Ensure data security and compliance with company data management policies
  • - Collaborate with team members to find solutions to ongoing challenges

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred
  • - 0~2 years’ experience in the Administrator Field Preferred
  • - Oral and Written Communication Skills and Active Listening Skills
  • - Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • - Self-Motivation and Problem-solving
  • - Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT) required
  • - Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • - Bilingual (Fluency in both English and Korean is required)
