Job Summary

Job Description

• - Represent this client to customers with the goal of supporting partnership, gaining new distribution, expanding current distribution on products
• - Creating and processing sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions through system
• - Process accurately accounts receivable collections, reconciliation of customers accounts, and monitor customer accounts details for non-payments and other irregularities a Report to sales support/Account Executive/managers of all anomalies related to transactions
• - Process invoices and send to customers (via fax, email, web portal)
• - Monitor Shipment due date and call out to sales support/AE/manager for irregularities

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred
• - 2+ years’ experience in Sales and/or related field in Food Industry Preferred
• - Excellent (Professional) Communications Skills
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Typing proficiency)
• - Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• - Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice
• - Valid Driver’s License
• - Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
