Job Summary

• This client is seeking a highly self-motivated Treasury Analyst to support our business in
• Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The Treasury Analyst will assist our Accounting and Finance leaders with
• various tasks in the areas of cash flow, payment operations, fund management, and internal control.

Job Description

• - Cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for payments
• - Responsible for processing timely payments to the vendors in US and Canada branch
• - Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital
• investment requirement
• - Maintain banking relationships
• - Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over
• treasury activities
• - Monitor the activities of corporation credit card and meet ongoing operations.
• - Invoice payment by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing
• disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
• - Apply cash receipts to customer accounts
• - Resolves account receivable discrepancies and reconcile unapplied and credit memos
• against outstanding invoices by investigating documentation and email
• - Provide customers and team leaders with A/R analyst report to help support collection
• - Processing credit reports for verification, establishing validity of information provided.
• - Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of expense policies and procedures
• including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
• - Ensure compliance with internal control policies in a K-SOX
• - Work with Audit, Tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial
• accounting activities (BPO, 4PL)
• - Ad hoc duties and reports

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• - At least 2 years of experience in the related field
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual is required ? English/Korean)
• - Thorough understanding of business administration, finance and accounting
• - Excellent interpersonal skills
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• - Strong ability in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• - Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
