Job Summary

As this client aims to expand its global footprint, we are seeking a Business Development Manager or Specialist to identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic opportunities that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role will focus on promoting the adoption of advanced technologies that enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity within the smart factory IT market. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients and internal departments to generate measurable business opportunities and explore additional revenue streams

Job Description

• - Develop and maintain client relationships
• - Coordinate with internal business teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• - Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• - Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• - Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• - Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• - Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• - Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• - Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
• - Track and report on the status of proposal components
• - Conduct ongoing market research
• - Drive the end-to-end sales process
• - Prepare and submit sales contracts

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in business or industry-related field
• - Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major projects
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
• - Knowledge of smart factory technologies, such as IoT, AI, and automation.
• - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• - A passion for technology and innovation.
• - Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
