Job Summary

• With an endeavoring effort to expand market presence and grow as a global company, we are seeking a Smart Factory Biz. Planning Analyst/Specialist to develop and monitor the long-term goals of the business, make sure it is in alignment with the company’s objectives and daily operations of the president support, ensuring the utilization and execution of appropriate systems and tools for the entire team’s success.
• The primary role of the position is to provide “Analytics-Ready” datasets in the pre-modeling stages, to execute post-analytics steps such as model scoring, customer support, and back-end reporting. This position requires an individual with extensive hands-on knowledge of data manipulation techniques. The role will be involved in a variety of activities including a new business creation/proposal and strategic planning. This role will require 10 ~20% business trips.

Job Description

• -Monitors business climate and trends in technology and development based on the company’s current
• and anticipated projects.
• - Managing expansion project schedule in new facilities
• - Formation of new operation teams
• - Optimize business travel plan and manage meeting schedule for president
• - Planning the best practices, progress of project through customers’ monthly meeting
• - Identifies and reviews pricing and customer needs; analyzes and applies this information in development
• of strategies for new profitable business plans, monitoring and evaluating on a periodic basis.
• - Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.

Qualifications

• -Bachelor’s degree in business or industry-related field required
• - Bilingual (English/Korean)
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• - Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies

• - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
