Job Description
- -Evaluate and authorize approval of business, real estate), or credit loans
- -Specialized at evalua ng the financial status of a loan applicant.
- -Dues including upda ng financial and collateral records and reviewing loan files
- -Responsible for full cycle of loan requests process
- -Promoting safe and sound credit underwri ng and prudent lending practices
- -Receives commercial and home loan applica ons and performs interviews with customers
- -Conducts preliminary evalua on and underwri ng of loan application
- -Update financial and collateral records and reviewing loan files
- -Collect and organize all financial documents for underwritng
- -Performs closing ac vi es such as obtaining documents from customers, verifying legal documents
- -Other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the team)
