Job Description

• - Manage delivery response and customer communication for HMMA (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama) and KaGA customers
• - Coordinate overall delivery schedules based on production plans and customer requirements
• - Monitor daily shipment status, inventory flow, and production alignment to ensure on-time delivery performance
• - Communicate with internal departments including production, logistics, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery-related issues
• - Support customer regarding schedule changes, urgent orders, shortage situations, and production disruptions
• - Manage and supervise field personnel and sales-related operational manpower at Hyundai manufacturing sites
• - Prepare and maintain delivery, sales, and production-related reports and documentation
• - Support continuous improvement activities related to logistics, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• (Associate degree may be considered depending on relevant experience)
• - Eligible for US visa issuance (J1 / E2) without disqualifying factors
• (criminal record, DUI, immigration issues, etc.)
• - Must be able to submit a criminal background check upon final employment confirmation
• (required for US Embassy processing)
• - No restrictions on overseas travel
• - Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt
• - Business-level communication skills in English preferred
• (primarily office communication and customer coordination)
• - No official English test score required
• (simple English interview/test will be conducted)
• - Experience in automotive manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or sales operations preferred
• - Experience supporting OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive customers is a plus
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and respond flexibly to schedule changes
• Preferred Qualifications
• - Experience working with Hyundai/Kia supply chain operations
• - Understanding of automotive production scheduling and just-in-time (JIT) delivery processes
• - Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
• - Ability to analyze delivery issues and provide quick operational solutions
• - Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred
