Job Summary

The Warehouse Inventory Manager will oversee and manage all inventory control-related activities within the warehouse. The primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and coordinating with various departments to streamline inventory processes.

Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Inventory Management:
  • - Create and implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • - Perform regular physical courts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies between physical stocks and system records by overseeing stock levels to achieve efficient inventory turnover
  • 2. System Management:
  • - Utilize inventory management software and systems to monitor inventory levels, shipments and receipts
  • - Identify and apply process improvements to improve efficiency and precision in inventory management
  • - Create and enforce standard operating procedures for inventory control and warehouse operations
  • 3. Coordination:
  • - Collaborate with other departments including procurement and sales, to ensure seamless inventory follow and fulfillment
  • - Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and uphold warehouse safety
  • - In charge of addressing and resolving inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and other related issues

Qualifications

  • - Proven experience (+3 years) in inventory management or warehouse operations
  • - Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration
  • - Exceptional accuracy and attention to details to ensure precise inventory tracking

Preferred Skill

  • - Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • - Strong understanding of inventory management software and systems
  • - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance with warehouse safety regulations
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite including Excel, Word, etc
