Job Description
- - As a team technology leader, optimize system performance and scalability of AI computing frameworks and AI platforms;
- - Integrate relevant open source AI tools and optimize to implement end-to-end AI computing toolchain;
- - Team strategic objectives formulation and planning, leading the technical team to jointly promote the achievement of goals
Qualifications
- 1. Has solid basic knowledge of computer software/hardware, including system architecture, Linux kernel, operating system basic principles, etc.;
- 2. Have good C/C++ and code refactoring ability, software engineering ability;
- 3. Have good software architecture design ability, distributed system architecture, heterogeneous system architecture ability;
- 4. Proficient in compiler, deep learning compiler design and development, familiar with AI acceleration chip (GPU/NPU/TPU);
- 5. Familiar with the code and implementation of one of the open source frameworks such as PyTorch, Caffe, Tensorflow;
- 6. More than 5 years of project management/team management experience in related fields;
- 7. Good research ability, reading and analysis ability of English literature, papers and other materials;
- 8. Strong problem solving and innovation capabilities.
- Additional sub-items:
- - Top conferences in related fields, A-class journal papers are preferred;
- - Work experience of large technology enterprises/foreign enterprises in related fields is preferred;
- Other requirements:
- - Master's degree or above
- - Computer software, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and other related majors
- - English as a working language
