Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Growth and Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our paid media initiatives and driving the growth of our brand. The Growth and Performance Marketing Coordinator supports our paid media initiatives by managing creative asset execution, content updates, and communication between internal teams and the Paid Media Agency. This role ensures the timely delivery of assets, coordinates campaign details, and provides insights for optimizing performance across all media channels.

Job Description

  • Creative Asset Execution:
  • - Assist with day-to-day creative asset execution across all paid media channels, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
  • - Deliver all creative assets to Paid Media Agency via Monday.com, ensuring accurate and timely uploads, and delegate campaign details for assets through the media funnel.
  • Content Management:
  • - Manage and update the cross functional content bank, ensuring current assets are rotated into paid campaigns and media tactics are noted within the collaborate document
  • - Monitor and coordinate content refreshes across all channels and tactics to maintain relevance and engagement in alignment with marketing priorities.
  • - Work closely with integrated marketing team members to develop paid social copy that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • - Serve as a key point of contact between the internal team and the Paid Media Agency, facilitating clear communication of questions, feedback, and priorities.
  • - Work collaboratively with internal teams on deliverables, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
  • - Coordinate the creative briefing process, working closely with brand marketing, creative, and Paid - - --- Media Agency teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • - Assist in coordinating and providing creative feedback on all deliverables, ensuring they meet campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • - Collaborate with the digital team to brief in monthly promotion assets, ensuring all creative needs are met.
  • Reporting and Channel Optimizations:
  • - Act as a liaison with the CRM team to facilitate new audience testing and gather insights.
  • - Connect with the retail team to gather and compile campaign reports, providing insights and performance metrics.
  • - Work with the affiliate team to update TikTok shops content, ensuring it aligns with current promotions and trends.
  • - Assist the social team in updating the organic boosting tracker, maintaining an accurate record of boosted posts and performance.
  • Vendor and Billing Coordination:
  • - Manage vendor correspondence and deliverables, including creative assets, IO signatures, gathering invoices, and setting up meetings.
  • - Coordinate billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and maintaining financial records.
  • Market Monitoring:
  • - Monitor competitor and industry-wide media trends.
  • - Suggest new ideas for content, formats, or channel visibility based on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • - Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • - Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • - Prior experience in the beauty industry or on the agency side is a plus, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the role.
  • Skill Sets:
  • - Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and - persuasively to different stakeholders.
  • - Experience in Meta, TikTok, Google platforms is preferred but not required.
  • - Experience working with data sets in excel to find KPI’s & insights is preferred but not required.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
