Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. This includes managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to analyze financial data to drive business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- Lead accounting staff
- Strong accounting skills
- Monitor revenue and expenses
- Maintain and prepare all financials
- Oversee accounting operations
- Prepare GL, month-end/ year-end closing process
- Maintain all journal entries
- Reconcile various cash and accounts
- Prepare all year-end audit docs
- Maintain company budget and inventory
