Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. He/She will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of the purchasing industry and market trends is a plus
- business development experience with OEM (Automotive)
