Job Description
- - Leading Designer for Retail Scene/Experience Design, which can provide overall creative solutions for related project work;
- - Take product as the core, lead a multi-skilled team of designers, pre-research, experts, and develop breakthrough and creative ideas/display creative solutions through close cooperation;
- - Create Superlative customer-centric design solutions, leading creative presentations, creating immersive experience environments, ensuring customers' visual and shopping experiences;
- - To ensure that creative solutions meet demand, actively organize cross-departmental communication, strategic matching and project management to ensure high-quality delivery;
- - Insights, disseminates, and conducts in-depth research on the latest trends related to environmental design; unifies and continually enhances VM design language specifications, standards, design project management, and more.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor degree or above, major in design and art, proficient in 3D software, graphic drawing software and office software;
- - More than 10 years of experience in store, exhibition hall design/display industry, Party B design office or large party A brand, involved in FMCG, 3C electronics, new retail, or daily necessities retail industry.
- - Experience in the retail industry and familiarity with the To C consumer journey;
- - Strong design creativity, familiar with visual tools and the ability to complete the solution output independently;
- - Rich team management experience, excellent team work spirit;
- - Understand the entire process from design to implementation and have extensive experience managing upstream and downstream resources or suppliers.
