Job Summary
As SCM Manager will contribute company’s competitiveness and profitability by ①achieving cost saving target through MCIP, ②on-time delivery & ③strategic purchasing with global each entity
Job Description
- Main Responsibilities:
- - Managed the material Cost Reduction Target & Negotiation
- - Established Purchasing planning(Budget) for year and controlled the actual performance and analyzed the result of Cost Reduction in competitive with budget target
- - Manage customer order, forecast and shipping schedule, logistics, custom clearance, transportation & logistics
- - To provide direct support and services to production site as corrective action to solve the problem.
- - To source the cost competitiveness supplier
- Skills Required
- - Experience in Supply Chain Management(Strong sourcing, cost analytical capability)
- - Analytical skills for recognize Internal part market trends and acting accordingly
- - Strong risk management skills
- - Communication skills in English & have good relationship-building skills.
- - Ability to effectively interface across, up, and down hierarchy
- - Project management(Budget, delivery, sourcing supplier, logistcis)
- - To understand the SAP, BOM
- - Integrity & ethics recognization
- Main Competency:
- - Purchasing, Sourcing, Logitstics problem solving skill
- - Negotiation supplier to the cost, delivery and quality
- - Organization & Project Management
- - Have a good understanding of how authorities and political processes impact supply chain work
- - Supplier market screenings and supplier development within selected categories
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s Degree
- - SCM experience(over 8years )
- - have project management experience
- - speak and write English at negotiation level
- - Financial skill
- - have good relationship-building skills.
