Job Description

  • - Market Research and Analysis: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to develop strategic business plans. Seek for new store development opportunities.
  • - Opening new stores: Ensure all preparations are completed according to the opening schedule including recruiting staffs and store setup.
  • - Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • - Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and industry associations.
  • - Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • - Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • - Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
  • - Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to head quarter in Seoul.


  • - Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
  • - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • - Skills:
  • - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • - Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • - Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • - Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus.
  • - Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
