Job Summary
Job Description
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- - Manage customers, suppliers, other partners and overall business activities; customer’s requests and requirement by controlling sourcing, inventory, logistics, etc.
- - Managing activities related to trading between different regions and Investigate optimal shipping options and coordinate with vendors
- - Shipping documentation handling and revising, Custom clearance compatible with state, federal and international regulations, Various payment processes (merchandise, freight, duty, etc.)
- - Purchase/Sales data input to ERP(SAP) system
- - Customer credit, AR and Inventory management
- - Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager
Qualifications
- - Looking for 3 years or more experience in Sales Operation & Logistics
- - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- - Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers and follow up on request accordingly
- - High level of accuracy & Attention to detail
- - Dependable, Responsible, Capable of Problem Solving. (customer & vendor disputes, claims, etc.)
- - Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)
- - Cost consciousness - Contributes to profits and revenue.
