Job Summary

Job Description

• - Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans
• - Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and
• maintain positive business relationships
• - Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• - Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development
• - Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms &
• agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• - Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process
• - Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports

Qualifications

• - Must have work authorization in U.S.A.
• - At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred
• - More than 1 year' experience in on-field sales - Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively
• - Relationship management and networking skills are a must
• - Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner
• - Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills
• - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM system
