The company is a social enterprise specializing in supply chain management (SCM) and creating social value in collaboration with its clients. Founded by SK, the company is a sourcing and procurement service company that utilizes its entire revenue to support and connect social enterprises, thereby generating social value. The company primarily focused on procuring maintenance (MRO) products for the EV battery industry etc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) Assistant Manager role is designed to support our dynamic and fast-growing organization. This is an mid-level position with preferably 2-5 years of experience.

Job Description

  • - Participate in special HR projects as assigned, such as organizational restricting, diversity initiatives or HR system implementations
  • - Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations and management to support organizational objectives and initiatives
  • - Provide support to the HR Manager or Director including strategic planning, budgeting and team management
  • - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • - Coordinate and facilitate the talent acquisition process, from job posting to onboarding
  • - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • - Contribute to the design and execution of talent management initiatives to identify, develop and retain key talent within the organization
  • - Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and action plans
  • - Support HR Manager in conducting peer reviews, performance evaluations and talent assessments
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • - Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management, providing guidance and support on policies and procedures
  • - Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration as needed
  • - Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • - Strong interpersonal communication skills required
  • - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
  • - 3-5 years of HR experience in corporate environment
  • - Must be able to work legally without visa sponsorship
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • - Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • - Knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
