Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • - Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • - Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • - Data entry and maintaining personnel files, set up garnishments, employment verification requests, unemployment and WC claims.
  • - Benefits administration, entering new hires, terminations, life events, change of addresses, benefit billing reconciling
  • - Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information.


  • - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • - 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • - Payroll process experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • - Bilingual(English, Korean) preferred.
