Job Description

  • Overseeing the entire staffing process, from job posting to employee exit, including interviewing and selection, and coordinating with staffing agencies.
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs, managing payroll processes, and ensuring accurate data maintenance.
  • Facilitating new employee orientation, developing and managing training programs, and overseeing regular employee training initiatives.
  • Maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), managing employee visa and work authorizations, and addressing work-related issues.
  • Managing HR-related documentation, overseeing office supply procurement, and liaising with external vendors and service
  • Addressing employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.


  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with preference for additional HR certifications.
  • Proficient in HR administration, knowledgeable in laws and government regulations related to HR, adept in conflict resolution and communication
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in HR software and tools.
  • The role includes mostly desk-based work with occasional walking and repetitive motions.
  • Must be English and Korean Bilingual (speaking, reading, writing in business setting)
  • HR Certification preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean)
