Job Summary

Our client is now hiring MES Engineer, who can manage customers technical requirements as wells as software architecture.

Job Description

• - Develop Smart Factory solution for USA, Canada, Mexico, and South America customers.
• - Gather and document customer requirements as well as software architecture.
• - Provide exceptional customer service by providing professional technical services.
• - Become an expert on the company's inspection equipment and KSMART solution tools.
• - Attend trade shows to exhibit and demonstrate machines and/or KSMART tools as needed.
• - Serve as a helpdesk agent to answer questions/requests from customers.
• - Collaborate with sales and other staff on pre-sales activities, teleconferences, quotations, etc.
• - Report development, installation, training, evaluation, or any other service activities in the way the
• supervisor requested.

Qualifications

• - Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related.
• - 3+ years, strong programming skills in C#, C/C++, Java, SQL, Python, JavaScript.
• - 2+ years, Web Services, TCP/IP Communication, parsers, etc.
• - 2+ years, of advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux-based OS.
• - 1+ year, of experience in IPC-CFX, IPC-HERMES, SECS/GEM, iTAC, or any other standard preferred.
• - 1+ year, SPI and AOI programming, operation, and maintenance preferred.
• - Excellent verbal and written English level.
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• - Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• - Problem-solving skills especially when faced with unexpected situations in the field.
• - An open mind and proactive attitude.
• - Good organizational, teamwork, administrative, and project management skills.
• - Strong mechanical aptitude, and detail-oriented.
