Job Description
- MAJOR FUNCTION:
- 1. Accounts Payable
- 2. Accounts Receivable
- 3. Expense & Deposit Reports Control
- 4. Daily Payment Schedule and Cash Flow Management
- 5. Maintain all Documents in an Organized Manner
- 6. Prepare Preliminary Monthly Sales and Use Tax
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 1. Reconcile Bank Accounts Daily
- 2. Control Vendor list and Vendor Information (TIN, Address, etc)
- 3. BEA Quarterly & Yearly Survey
- 4. Control Balance & Disbursement of Petty Cash
- 5. Maintain Monthly Credit Card Transition
- 6. Handle Phone Calls from Vendors
- ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1. Taking Other Duties as Assigned by Accounting Manager or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
- PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
- 1. Four-year-degree with accounting/Finance major
- 2. Less than 2 Year Experience
