Job Summary

Our Client is now hiring Sales Manager who can lead MRO of the company's sales and Build a strong relationship with key customers, partners of each sales segment.

Job Description

• - Monitors standards of the organization or Shipping & Procurement process.
• - Manages current process improvement and new process development.
• - Build and maintain a strong relationship with key customers, partners of each sales segment.
• - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• - Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
• - Collaborate with cross-functional relationship, including marketing, product development.
• - Establish and maintain sales processes and system to drive efficiency and productivity
• - Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward the goals

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree or above in Business or Engineering field
• - Minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales driven Customer Service organization,
• preferably in a Manufacturing/Production environment
• - Proficiency in Windows Excel, PowerPoint, Word required.
• - An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills.
• - Capability to perform multi-tasks.
• - Possess excellent problem solving skills.
• - Ability to resolve employee conflicts, problems, and complaints.
• - Computer proficiency is a must.
• - High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
• - Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible.
• - Good communication skills.
