We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects in alignment with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Job Description

• - Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
• - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions.
• - Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments.
• - Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial updates.
• - Track project progress, produce status reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• - Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.
• - Maintain a strong focus on quality, continuously improving project delivery processes.
• - Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project reviews, and implement lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or other project management certification preferred.
• - Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• - Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• - Proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet, JIRA, Monday, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• - Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
