This position executes sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate products to meet those needs. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization and Starex-TV team
? Manage assigned accounts.
? Call prospective customers and establish purchase order cycle, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship.
? Prepare sales information for customers as needed.
? Oversee to secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels of fulfillment.
? Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
? Address questions from customers and handle complaints.
? Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
? Demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
? Supervise delivery arrangements through a third party logistics companies.
? Periodically conduct physical inventory check to ensure it matches with the system.
? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent number of experience
? Must have 3+ years of experience with sales and development
? Hold valid driver’s license for business trips
? Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
? Professional sales training or certification a plus
