Global leader contract manufacturer for the cosmetics industry, as well as business conglomerate.
Job Summary
For this role, you will be a part of one of our subsidiaries, a shared services company serving multiple companies within our portfolio.
Job Description
- Responsible for all aspects of Accounting and processing (AP&AR) for a restaurant company with 3 separate restaurants, and a real estate company
- Manage the entire monthly close process of the businesses
- Assist in managing cash flow
- Create reports and financials for the owners
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience in Accounting for Restaurants.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
- Team player eager to work in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to commute and work on-site in Mahwah, New Jersey (may need to travel to NYC to visit the restaurants sporadically).
