Job Description
- As part of our Accounting Team, you will play a key role in the growth of our business. You will be handling our day-to-day accounting tasks as well as a key point of contact for our external auditors and banks. You will collaborate with our HQ finance and audit teams, our operations and sales teams, and report to our Finance & Admin department manager to achieve our goals and objectives for improved financial results.
- Your specific areas of responsibility will include:
- General Accounting Tasks
- Prepare and report Monthly Financial Closing.
- Collaborate and communicate with external auditors.
- Handling Bank Transactions
Qualifications
- We are looking for an energetic, organized, and polished Staff accountant. It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication to be able to proceed tasks and collaborate with various teams. Also important to have great interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability work in a multi-cultural team environment. Understanding about US major retailers (Ex. Costco, Amazon) is a plus.
- Additional qualifications for the role include:
- BA degree or higher.
- 5+ Years of experience in Accounting is required
- Ability to manage details, appreciate complexity, and lead problem solving.
- Flexible and innovative
- Excel and other MS Office Skills essential
- Currently residing in the US (Or authorized to)
