- -. Managing non-conforming products and rework in the respective process.
- ② Process Management and Improvement Tasks
- ③ Mass Production Process Try-Out
- ④ Product Identification and Lot Management
- ⑤ Frequent Product Inspections
- ⑥ Emergency Production Response Plan Establishment
- ⑦ Continuous Quality Problem Improvement, Countermeasure Establishment, and Record Management (Assembly)
- ⑩ Assembly Line Setting and Training
- 2) Production Management

Qualifications
- - Related Bachelor degree
- - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- - In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- - Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, and logic formulas)
- - Familiarity with ERP systems
- - Extremely detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- - Be able to work independently and in a team environment
- - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
