- 1. Development Stage Quality
- -Leading new product development reviews and quality audits.
- -Managing customer inspection agreements and initial product approvals.
- -Documenting development stage quality improvement history and conducting validity verification.
- -Leading proactive activities for claim prevention.
- -Managing and improving quality response during initial production stages and conducting follow-up.
- 2. Quality Assurance
- ① Quality Assurance Work
- - Handling and managing customer complaints.
- - Deciding the timing of quality issue improvements.
- - Writing and revising inspection standards.
- - Writing and revising work standards.
- - Managing operational aspects outside of quality and maintaining production product records.
- - Managing and analyzing return statuses.
- - Working on production quality improvements.
- ② Handling Customer 4M Change Reports and Product/Process Audits
- ③ Claim Handling
- - Handling customer claims, sending and processing claims with partner companies.
- - Leading activities for analyzing and improving high-quality claims.
- - Discussing cost sharing.
- 3. Quality Management
- ① Internal Inspections and Partner Company Incoming Inspections
- - Conducting incoming inspections for raw materials and regular inspections.
- - Conducting in-house process inspections and final inspections.
- ② In-House Quality Management
- - Leading in-house quality issue improvement feedback.
- - Managing in-house approvals for 4M changes.
- ③ In-House/Partner Company Non-Conforming Product Handling
Qualifications
- - Related Bachelor degree
- - Excellent oral and written communication skills
- - In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- - Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, and logic formulas)
- - Familiarity with ERP systems
- - Extremely detail-oriented, organized, highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- - Be able to work independently and in a team environment
- - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
