Job Description
- This position will report to the treasurer of the Company and the primary duties include:
- - Manage various accounting transactions ? entering journal entries and assisting in account record keeping and performing monthly closings.
- - Assist the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting and financial planning reports.
- - Assist with the preparation of Annual Audits and Tax Schedules.
- - Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local authorities’ regulations.
- - Other corporate, administrative support assistance.
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or another related field
- - A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or relevant corporate functions
- - Bilingual in Korean and English required
- - Excellent analytical, organizational and prioritization skills
- - Strong conversational, written and verbal communication skills
- - Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- - Hands-on experience with accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks)
- - Advanced MS Excel skills (including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables) strongly preferred
