Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Operations Manager to join our Marketing Strategy and Operations team, with a focus on supporting the Sales Operations team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical background, supported by an equivalent degree, along with experience in data-driven roles within strategy or operations.
  • Strategy is at the heart of marketing, and our Marketing Strategy and Operations team is dedicated to developing marketing communication strategy for consumer engagement, creative production, market interpretation, and operation optimization.

Job Description

  • A Strategic Marketing Manager or Sr. Manager is a professional who is responsible for executing the strategies and plans that establish brand consistency and increase sales in the company.
  • The job duties include managing budgets, measuring KPIs, calculating ROI on investments made into marketing efforts like advertising or trade shows which can also be used to determine future campaign models based on past successes.
  • This position should be a data driven who can apply the data in to marketing strategy and promotion/campaign.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence & Business Planning
  • - Shape go-to-market strategies by collaborating with Operations members using a data-driven approach to identify priorities or gaps and recommend actionable plans for operations to execute.
  • - Drive strategic planning with operational rigor, including operational reviews and tracking performance against regional goals.
  • - Lead critical projects, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and buy-in from Operations stakeholders.
  • - Systematically analyze the efficiency of Ceragem's product revenue growth, operation efficiency, ROI, and identify measures for improvement.
  • - Estimate the total addressable market and identify high-quality business opportunities globally for all products to ensure an effective GTM strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • - Own the regional data analytics framework, from data hygiene, data FAQs, data set improvement, metrics alignment, and dashboard creation while effectively leveraging workflow with Sales Operation teams.
  • - Conduct market research into potential business opportunities, e.g., new partnerships and technologies, competitor products.
  • - Design and govern attainment reporting cadences, enabling effective comprehension and accountability among Ops members.
  • - Conduct deep-dive analyses on marketing operation to support the Sales Operations team and unlock further revenue.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • - Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging monetization opportunities.
  • - Collaborate with creative marketing operation management and sales operation teams to develop monetization strategies.
  • - Coordinate with other internal teams, to bring creative playbooks to customer and sales teams.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • - Lead Marketing annual strategic planning, articulating Ceragem Marketing's most critical priorities and corresponding investment.
  • - Manage and coach team members across their projects, own team check-ins, project prioritization, and feedback and development of reports.
  • - Work across internal teams to develop solutions to organizational issues and initiatives.
  • - Improve overall Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying an approach to Marketing operational processes.
  • - Evaluate Marketing performance/impact and make data-driven recommendations to adjust our approach.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • - Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks, engaging and influencing with cross-functional groups
  • - Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback
  • - Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and financial modeling. Preferred proficiency in analysis tools with the ability to derive insights from data and use them to inform decision-making
  • - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • - Detail-oriented to find solutions for clients while improving internal processes and delivering feedback
  • - Strong executive presence and ability to excel under pressure
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • - Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, marketing, or a related field
  • - Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in management strategy, marketing Strategy, or corporate strategy
