Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily sales activities of the stores under your jurisdiction; Supervise the daily sales of the terminal stores according to the sales objectives of the stores. Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the shop. 3. Sales analysis of merchandise, regular communication with the merchandise department to adjust the merchandise in due course. 4.Inventory management: Inspection and aggregation of inventory by store so as to understand the stock status of each store. 5.Monthly accounting work in mall, store POS account management and problem solving. Responsible for recruitment, training and evaluation of sales personnel, maintenance of relationship between department store and competitive brand, good negotiation of contract renewal and company's activities.
Qualifications
10 years experience in sales 2. Familiarize with sales channels, understand operation mode of department store and direct management 3. Strong on-site operation management, VIP management awareness 4. Strong communication, management and execution ability
