UX/UI Designer

- Our client is one of the largest headwear manufacturers in the world, is looking for a full time UX/UI
Designer for Marketing Team to support the company’s growth. The UX/UI Designer will take a senior
role working with other designers for UX/UI development and content creation. In parallel, UX/UI
Designer will work with marketing associates providing creative assets on a timely manner. This role
will report to the Marketing Director.
- Responsibilities:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology - both wholesale customers and end consumers.
Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Create personas through user research and data. Consider all customer facing platforms - Ecommerce,
social media, Amazon marketplace, catalog, and trade shows.
- Work with internal teams, contractors, and agencies to develop wireframes and prototypes. Find
creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability).
- Work with graphic designers and content creators to implement attractive designs.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role (3+ years preferred)
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Experience in project management and research
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, UXPin, Balsamiq)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be legal to work in US
