Program Manager (Auto Skin)

About Our Client

Our Client is a Global leading Chemical Manufacturer, specializes in Building & Interior materials, Automotive materials and Industrial Film backed by approx 4,270 employees across the world.

Job Summary

  • Coordinate successful launch of new awarded vehicles. Excellent communication skills between account manager and technical teams in GA and Korea supporting material approval and on time delivery customer requirements.
  • (test data, scheduling sample submission, color approval, package book, etc)
  • Maintaining monthly sales report and profit
  • Supporting Sales/Marketing Director(back up the date regarding strategy plan and analysis)

Job Description

  • - Understand Launching process and develop/manage each important milestones to fit with customer vehicle program life cycle.
  • - Understand technical aspect of products including material and support technical discussion meeting through the program life.
  • - Engineering/purchasing/quality/certification to discuss and negotiate spec/timing/issue/development cost.
  • - Plan out and review/track details through each milestones of program launch.
  • - Initiate/manage event supply including delivery time and cost impact.
  • - Escalate the urgent issue/risk to Director.
  • - Communicate with PU Lamination Company regarding cost and lead time.
  • - Publish monthly sales report and profit
  • - Plan and execute studies of inventory control and cost analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • - Develop pricing models and create revenue projections for new and existing products.


  • Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
  • Education and Work Experience:
  • - Undergraduate degree in engineering or business administration required.
  • - Minimum 5 years Automotive experience
  • - Proven track record in account management and generating profitable new business
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • - Proficient in English.
  • - Excellent Microsoft office skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook)
  • - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • - Strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • - Experience in Autoskin (Leather, PU, PVC, TPO) or lightweight sales preferred.
  • - Tier 1 Automotive Industry experience is a plus
  • - Must be Korean, English Bilingual
