Main Duties :
- Develop Webinars for sales, service and applications engineering.
- Work with marketing on brochure content and accuracy
- Develop and execute classroom learning for applications engineering, and additional customer training.
- Write and maintain training documentation materials.
- Answer questions regarding applications engineering and machine tool function.
- Assist in sales presentations, open house events and IMTS.
- Occasionally set up showroom, open house, and IMTS demos on machines as needed.
- Conduct Training and Applications videos for YouTube and related social media in cooperation with Marketing.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 year experience of the Machine Tool Industry
- Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Fanuc Machines and CNC engines
- Product Knowledge
- Management Capacities
- Distribution channel support requirements knowledge
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong understanding of Machine Tool applications
- Clear Understanding of customer needs
