The IT Engineer-ERP is responsible for setup and management of SAP ERP and for performing system process innovation based on system user’s requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting SAP’s problems in a timely and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-SAP ERP setup and management for its Georgia plant.
-Project manager for the SAP setup project which includes developing a plan for the project, performing SAP setup, and stabilization.
-SAP management and maintenance (Maintenance contract Admin., SAP System management)
-Gather users’ requirement, and review and perform to apply them to the system.
-Design SAP work process and process system’s innovation.
-Management and maintenance for the data interface between MES and ERP.
-Resource management (budget, manpower, etc.) and perform investment planning task.
-Monitor and take actions to resolve issues about SAP.
-Troubleshooting about SAP issues.
-Deliver support and training to end users.
-Prepare and maintain the documentation about SAP changing points and issues.
-Co-work with counterparts.
-Adhere to the policies and procedures
-Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-2 years of SAP project experience as a project manager or consultant in manufacturing industry
-English and Korean bilingual to be able to co-work with counterparts in Global/Asia Solutions team and also communicate with end users
-Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled
-Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player
-Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in Computer Science
-Experience with ERP Setup/Roll-Out project
-Experience with MES/ERP connection project
-Certification in related SAP ERP
-Experience with managing PP/MM modules of SAP
-ABAP development skill
