Position: Application Engineer
Activities
- Sales engineering
- Software functional test and verification
- Customer requirement analysis and coordination in software optimization
- Understanding customer system environment and system proposal
- Troubleshooting and system management (System operation analysis such as log and database)
- Coordination and support of customer level lab test, Proof of Concept, Pilot and rollout
- Ensuring and optimization of system in customer environment
- Customer project management such as service request, incident processing
- Updating of product related documentation
- Support user and partner technical training


Requirement
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with application system architecture (analysis, design and implementation) based on Windows/Linux operating system
- Experience with software development & management - Web application development on Java platform, Java programing
- Experience with multiple programming languages (such as Java, JavaScript, C++)
- Experience with Database management - MS SQL 2012/2016, Postgre SQL 9, Oracle
- Understanding of web service and architecture
- Understanding network topology and architecture including network firewall
- Understanding of network and web related protocol (such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, routing protocol)
- Experience with Android/iOS App development
- Collaboration with cross-functional team members
